Returns and refunds

OceanCart generally does not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us at ongods2025@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos if available. We will review the issue and provide return instructions.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law. This includes remedies for goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, materially different from their description, or delivered later than the stated delivery schedule (except where the delay is due to force majeure).

For eligible claims caused by damage, defect, or an incorrect item, OceanCart will provide return instructions and will not charge you return shipping. For other claims, we will confirm any return-shipping cost before you send the product back, subject to applicable law.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method where possible, or otherwise as required by law.
